We feel that flat rate pricing gives you the most bang for your buck, because it bundles a bunch of services together that you wouldn’t normally receive if you just payed by the hour, and it keeps the service cheap, which keeps money in your pocket. We find that clients are happier paying flat rates because there are no surprises. If you look below you will find a chart of our services and what they include. We strongly encourage you to compare them to other companies like Best Buy’s GeekSquad. You will find that our services are often less than half as much as theirs, and also include far more. For example our First-Aid is $75, and includes much more than just Virus Removal which at Best Buy is $200. The other major advantage is that we process less computers, allowing us more time on your individual system. This also means that if you call us on the phone, we pick up right away, meaning you won’t be put on hold for 30 minutes just to ask when your computer will be done.
